Many tokens representing the mechanics of Hamstörm for the paper version.

Cartes

Mechanics - Enemies

Three enemy types represent the threat of the Chedd'Ore Clan.

  • Soop - The stationary enemy.

  • Gouda - The mobile enemy that moves one square per turn.

  • Slinky - The dasher that moves two squares per turns  as soon as it spots Hamstörm in its line of sight.

Mechanics - Environments

Four environment-related mechanics add variety to the gameplay :

  • Environmental destruction.

  • Destruction of the ground that can serve as a trap.

  • Dwarf Hamster pipes to move from point A to point B.

  • Wall traps that can be triggered remotely.

Mecanics - Secondary Objectives

The secondary objectives system offers many benefits :

  • It adds replayability to the levels.

  • It capitalizes on the game's mechanics.

  • It balances the use of the rewind system.
